The leader of this session has packed a lot of musical experience into what is still a young career. Although he burst upon the scene as long ago as 1975 at the famous Dunkerque Jazz Festival, Jørgen Emborg turned only 40 years old in 1993. The Frederiksberg-born pianist has recorded several albums under his own name and has been a permanent member of the Danish Radio Big Band.
