This is an old Storyville LP that is now being released on CD for the first time. The title refers to a critics meaning about Thilo and Hansen. They actually liked the name, and used it as a title for this record. Besides the 6 original tracks, there are 5 more tracks included. Thilo and Hansen are on this CD backed up by some of the best within the Danish jazz scene. Insipid Hothouse Melons is released here on CD for the first time, It contains 5 more tracks, with the Street Urchins. Beides the great Danish names that is backing up on Jesper Thilo and Finn Otto Hansen, is also Horace Parlan on piano.
